  "This was a great hotel in downtown Richmond connected to the Convention Center and a block or two from the coliseum which is where they had an event I attended (and had to walk to and from ) from 1000 am to about 1030 pm. We drove up from northern va and got there around 8 am and they were able to..." put us in a room early- which was awesome bc my gf was not allowed to attend my event. The staff was really nice. The only resty they had was overwhelmed and I finally got in there for breakfast on the next morning out. It was good. The starbucks was good although the kid taking orders at the register was very out of it. The only thing is this.....there was a couple next door (room 1116) and we could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING they did and that wasn't pleasant. Other than that- it was good.   "In my honest opinion , I really enjoyed my 12 days stay, the room was excellent the bed so so comfortable did not get out of bed till 9.30 am so the bed was good, the kitchenette was handy for when I did not want to go out to dinner as well as the bathroom was good, I would like to make a suggestion..." to the management , could you be able to buy a set of scales so travellers can weight their suitcases before they leave for the airport, as it would be nice to know beforehand what the baggage weighs so we can leave stuff behind instead of doing it at the airport this Aussie lady will be back Aussie Rhonda " More >

  "We've always enjoyed a stay at the Jefferson Hotel and this was no exception. The staff is always pleasant and hospitable, the rooms clean, the restaurant delicious. Our only complaint was were a group of 8 and the hotel dining room would not push two tables together so we could sit with everyone f..."or breakfast. This despite the dining room having only two other guests at the time. We didn't quite understand why it was such a big deal, and ended up talking to each other across the tables, which I'm sure the other guests probably didn't appreciate.
