Our room was on the second floor which was never informed to my friend and I. There were also problems in our bat..."hroom once our towels were dirty and the shower didn't work properly. We talked to the front desk and immediately they gave us an upgrade to a much better room. Once problems were solved all he did was enjoy the hotel. The swimming pool is amazing, I guess the biggest in Pipa area. The gardens were very well cared and the breakfast was a joy! Variety and quality were both waiting for us every morning.
