The airline lost one of our bags, and he received calls for us and offered to sort out prescriptions at the pharmacy if the bags hadn't arrived. They did! He's a friendly, easy-going and helpful person. The location of the casa was perfect as a center for our touring from Agrigento to Siracusa. We visited nearby Ragusa twice because it has such beautiful buildings and a great restaurant.
