Parking our car on the street was a bit of a hassle for the f..."irst few days but it turned out that the hotel had some parking spaces available in their adjacent garage which saved us from running out twice a day to put money in the meter. There are plenty of restaurants within ready access of the hotel and a car is absolutely not needed once you get to Le-Grau-du-Roi. We took a combo of trains -- Thalys from Brussels and a TGV from Paris to Montpellier -- and rented a car to get there. We will definitely be back to take in that view again. " More >

  "Ok, so I am posting this late - sorry I thought I had already reviewed it! Anyway we, as a couple, came to this site mainly as it is a child free zone, our lives are child full and this was a chance to escape, drink wine, eat cheese and chill out for a few days. Getting there was easy flight into ..."Nimes, bus for a few Euros into Nimes town then a train for a Euro each! to Le Grau du Roi. The taxi from there to the site was the shortest trip (apart from the flight) and also the most expensive at about a tenner. The cabin was great, clean and well equipped. The shower was great and the air con efficient and quiet. The location was great and yes the cabins are a little on top of each other but as we were not planning on spending much time in it we really did not mind. The swimming pool is as others have noted is not for swimming in but rather for lazily floating about and relaxing in and that worked for us.
