The Hotel is small and personal, owned by a lovely couple named Mary and George for whom nothing is too much trouble and always have time for a smile and a word. Situated opposite the beach and a 2 minute walk from the village. We love to sit on the peaceful outside terrace overlooking the sea, enjoying an early evening drink, before wandering into the village to a Taverna for an evening meal, our idea of Greek Heaven. A couple of little niggles, but nothing that would stop me staying here again. The pool at the apartments looked stunning in the pictures we viewed when deciding where to stay, but when we arrived the pool was empty!! Because of the fact that we went at the beginning of May and it probably was not hot enough to use the pool meant that it did not matter, but I think they should say if the pool is not going to be usable as some people would find this annoying. The room had a fridge and facilities to prepare simple meals. Breakfast is available but we preferred an early morning walk to the nearby bakery to collect a warm loaf to accompany our favourite peach jam. There is no pool but who wants to swim in a pool when the sea is so close. There are a lot of steps so it probably wouldn't suit anyone with mobility problems. " More >
