  "We stayed at this new hotel in Sylvan Lake for two nights recently. Shaw's internet service to Sylvan Lake was down (wireless and hard wired) and I needed to work online for the two days while our grand daughters were in school. The staff were fantastic and ran to the business centre an ADSL line ..."from their manager's office which had a separate line to see if that would work - and it did! I was able to work which was very critical. They even brought me a chair, and I didn't request it, from their meeting room which was far more comfortable for sitting in for a long time than what was in the business centre. In addition the hotel has a nice small pool and hot tub, breakfast is included and is in a lovely setting with windows to the outside, and again the staff were quick to provide recommendations for kid friendly restaurants.
