The hotel was as ever spotless with staff continuously cleaning. We paid for a sea view but also contacted the hotel to ask for a specific floor which we received and appreciated. We also appreciated being able to have a late check out room and that the all inclusive facility was available to us until 6pm. The buffet part of the restaurant could sometimes be crowded especially where the hot food was served, although there is an identical area at the other side which is not utilised.   "Stayed at this hotel from June 10th to June 17th with two friends. Check in was speedy with very friendly and informative staff. We were booked into room 345 on the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and very clean with a reasonably sized bathroom and a nice little balcony looking out towards the s..."ea. On our first visit to the restaurant, we were greeted by who I think was one of the managers, Miguel. We had a great laugh with him from one end of the week to the next. The food was amazing and there was a huge selection, something to suit even the fussiest eaters. The restaurant staff were all extremely attentive and the restaurant was always spotless. We had gone all inclusive so we enjoyed a few bottles of wine or a few beers throughout the week also. The pool area offered plenty of sunbathing locations and was always extremely spotless.   "We had quite high expectations of this hotel after reading it's reviews on Trip Advisor. My husband had recently had a knee replacement so i emailed the hotel to ask for a ground floor room near the main building to minimise his walking routes to the restaurant etc. We had booked through travel re..."public and they emailed the hotel aswell. We arrived at the hotel early evening and found that our room was almost as far from the main building as it was possible to go, but was on the ground floor as requested. there was nothing intrinsically wrong with it just not where we had requested. ( we though with good reason) After speaking to reception we were told a nearer room was not available until next day but htat it had a bath not a shower which they had htought would not be suitable for my husbands condition. We would have to wait three more days for a nearer room with a shower. We decided to stay where we were as they were actually right about his need for the walk in shower. Apart ... " More >
