I loved Sushi-Zanmai and i loved even more this particular restaurant. Staff was helpful and chief served us a lot of free mini-dishes. Sushi was amazing as usual. It wasn't expensive to be in Tokyo. a must visit!!!!

After reading reviews people say that the tsukiji location of zanmai is the best, so we decided to fo there, howeve, the ginza/tsukiji location was really difficult to find, I recommend asking some one on the street for directions.

The only thing about this restaurant is that sushis melt too quickly in your mouth. Just to say how fresh the fish is, last time I went, I saw a chef picking a fish out of the aquarium in front of me and prepare it for customers. Wish I had ordered that!
The restaurant is near to Asakusa most famous tourist attraction; SensojiTemple. However, after walking around the market for another 30 mins or so, we managed to be 4th in line so it demonstrates how quickly the lines...

...in tsukiji is delicious, but other than that they are fairly standard. For a traveler who isn't used to Japanese sushi, any of these restaurants can definitely be seen as incredible, but they are fairly average for Tokyo.
Decent sushi not the best in town of course but this beats what you have in the west - say itsu in the uk for example

A chain is only as strong as the weakest link, and that goes for restaurant chains as well. I went to...

We took a place at the bar and the beer was served with sea food pickles. As main course we had a big sashimi/ sushi plate which was...
