Food was good for the price, however portions are small. The waiters was really friendly. Not the best place I went to in Kata beach, worth a try though.
My family and I ate there 3 times consecutively. However, apart from a few staff, the welcome was lacking. Smiles aside, the food was good. The pizza, while not the best in the world, is good. The pasta, costing more than the average Phuket eateries of that standard, was very, very good. Although there was once, my spaghetti was undercooked.... More
After 3 nights we decide to go out and try restaurant in kata. We chose massimo restaurant according to t.a reviews. I must menrion we are big family (16 people). The food was amazing and come quickly to the table. The waiter was awsome and share a great service and the price was reasonable. The only problem was that they... More
My wife have eaten here three times so far this trip and are likely to go back. First meal was of BBQ squid and also a beef Thai red curry with steamed rice. All most tasty and satisfactory. We had a takeaway marinara pizza another night and were happy to find it was in the Italian style with thin base,... More
Ok, so my wife and I ate here because of the rave reviews on TA. Per the advice of others we ordered the brushetta which was amazing. Then for the main course I ordered a pizza and my wife got pesto penne. The stone-baked pizza was just ok. I've definitely had better in Thailand. The Penne however, was undercooked and... More

Pizza, calzone, cheese and spinach ravioli, bruchetta... Everything!!! And they are so pleasing!!! Everything we requested they made for us!!! Must visit this spot if you're in Phuket!
Have visited this restaurant twice on our family holiday, once for my sons birthday. Very friendly and attentive staff coupled with pizzas I haven't tasted the like of since holidaying in Italy. A must visit if you fancy a change from the local fare. You won't be disappointed.
What a find; we went to Il taliera after 10 days in thailand as we were looking for a break frpm the local food. And this was the perfect family tonic. Great pizza, well priced and the owner made us very welcome by shouting us brushcetta when we first arrived. Well worth paying this Italian a visit.
Following reviews on TA we decided to visit this restaurant. It was very disappointing to say the least. We read rave reviews regarding pizzas. We had two pizzas and they were tasteless. We ordered Smoked Salmon Farfalle based on a reviewer's comments that it was the best experienced anywhere in the world. Our experience was very different. The pasta was... More
