Made the effort (by Boat!) to make Fisherman's Festival cold and breezy Saturday at Robinson's. We are loyal regulars year round. Nick was busy on the deck so we wound up with "Maddie" who was missing most of the time. No way to get refills as deck was busy. This had to be her first time serving as clueless is... More

This is a great place away from the usual hectic seasonal activities of Boothbay Harbour offering an authentic setting complete with lobstermen landing their catch. The lobsters are well prepared with genourous helpings and represent good value. Friendly staff - we'll definately go back for more.

We were thrilled to spot this restaurant on our arrival over the swing bridge to Southport. This was our first trip to this area; we were a little late getting to our destination of the Ocean Gate Resort and didn't think we would have any options for eating dinner out that night. We checked in and headed out. The restaurant... More

This is the best way to enjoy lobster in Maine, sitting outside on the wharf watching lobstermen bring in their catch. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on this menu, as long as it's lobster! They also served the excellent Dogfish Head 60-minute IPA beer on tap when I was there. My wife and I were married... More

We had a fun dinner at Tugs Pub. They were having a 2 lobster special for $19 and it was delicious. We watched the New England Patriots win a game with all the locals there and had a great time. A relaxed casual no frills place.

A must stop if you are in the Boothbay area. We have always had a delicious meal here. If the weather is nice make sure you sit on the deck and take in all the boat action on the water.

No white table cloths here! Just tasty, perfectly prepared and presented boiled lobster, one or two at a time, with corn, slaw and a bib at reasonable prices. What else could you want? Cheerful service, good bar, and you can eat in an hour if you make early reservations. We'll do this again next year.

We wanted a good lobster dinner and chose Robinson's mainly because of the positive reviews and the fact that it was a little Way from the centre of Boothbay Harbor. Great decision. From the moment we stepped in to the bar downstairs, with live music, we knew it would be good. We ate upstairs (cold night, so stayed indoors). Outlook... More

Touted as being very good I expected at the least that the lobstah roll would be flavorful and likely delicious. I guess I expected too much up in Maine. As lobster boats were abundant all around us in this little harbor I thought that the lobster would be fresh and delicious. It was cold and tasteless. I've had better lobster... More
