Once you've provisioned your boat with sensible stuff, go here and get some delicious traybakes, cakes, bread, and all the decadence you need. Who cares if you don't finish it all! Outstanding chocolate cake and orange sponge cake.

The French Deli is one of the best places for sandwiches on-island, their hot roast beef is particularly good, especially if you add Swiss cheese... The only problem is that it requires practically super-human willpower to resist the large counter filled with delicious french cheeses and pates, not to mention the selection of decadent desserts and handmade chocolates (their chocolate... I come here all the time and I must say I always gets the nuggets, opera, napoleon, chocolates and quiches and I must say they are all amazing. The napoleon I feel should be a bit more soft on the top but don't know if that's how it supposed to be but overall the selection is very wide and the... More

We are pleased to hear about your pleasant experience. If you leave the Napoleon at room temperature for at least 5 minutes the top will soften and be more to your liking. But, waiting and resisting could be hard, ha? We value your patronage. More

I've only been here a few times, but it's always met or exceeded expectations. We've had lunch there once, and it was good (not great). I think the best part of this place is the baguettes (not the best in the Caribbean, but very satisfactory), the cheeses (very good selection), the croissants, and the cold cuts. For a "deli" it's... This is not principally a restaurant, but an up-market French food shop. The range of cheeses is extraordinary and the cooked meats some of the best we have tasted outside of France. Add some super bread and pastries and you have a superb charcuterie, fromagerie and patisserie rolled into one. And coffee is available while you wait for sandwiches to... More

The French Deli is a must in Road Town especially if one is heading out to sail and requires a few sandwiches for lunch. However...one must be prepared to endure the glacial pace at which the staff prepare said sandwiches. Patience may be a virtue, but sandwiches are not the kind of food that require a 30 minute wait (four... More

Try the cheese quiche! Also they have some really great merguez sausages for reasonable prices... A little bit of Europe nestled in the BVI.
