We carefully selected this hotel to combine great food with stunning location and that is what we got. The drinks were wonderful and creative, the caesar salad, conch wontons and coffee rubbed tuna (one of their sig dishes) were all fabulous. The dinner?? A couple of different snapper dishes, tuna, lamb chops, filet....all tasty, with beautiful presentation. Also, the pricing... More

Wait staff was not very friendly. Food quality and presentation was just average, selection for price not great. We ate two lunches and one brunch there. Brunch was simply a choice of about 5 additional selections that came with a mixed drink, no buffet.

Served in a cute little coconut shell the ice cream was pretty average, with exception of the coconut ice cream, all 4 of ours favorite.

Food in Provo can be rather expensive. After four or five days there, you start to appreciate the spots where you can get a good affordable meals. Once we found Bay Bistro and the affordable breakfast prices we came back again a few days later. Food was good and service was great!

This is a very scenic outdoor restaurant at the older Sibonne hotel right next to the ocean. We did not need reservations. We sat in front of the porch closer to the beach. We loved the atmosphere here and the lit torches when it's dark. The grouper special was delicious! Our waitress was especially nice and had good recommendations. We'll... More

Went there for dinner, waiters didn´t really care about us, sounded like they were tired from serving all day long. Food was ok, wines are a good value, compared with other restaurants

Just great every time. Great food and great value, and great service. We have tried to eat everywhere on Provo. Haven't hit them all yet, but have hit about 20. Bay Bistro wins, hands down.

Maybe 2.5 stars. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. My jerk chicken wrap was not fresh. You could tell they just reheated the chicken and rice in the wrap. The chicken was dry. The service was absurd. No smiles or welcome. I had to ask for more water after 10 minutes of glass being empty. No nice behavior whatsoever.... More
