The setting is nice -- great little patio and indoor bar. But I would stick to the drinks. This is the last meal I ate before I got ill. I'd blame it on the pico de gallo. Service was okay.
Todos Santos is a sleepy town at any time, and even a Saturday night in the off-season is pretty slow. La Santena was one of the few places obviously open when we started looking for a place for dinner. It's informal -- a bar with tables and a few more tables outside. We ordered beers and ceviche to start. The... More
The food of this pretty place is just wonderful especially the eggs benedict for breakfast, if you go to this place I definitively recommend them. The location is awesome, just in front of the cultural center in the heart of the Pueblo Magico of Todos Santos, I just give three points to this business because the service was just terrible... Just ate here 10 minutes ago and couldn't wait to write a review! got the tortilla soup(55 peso), chile relleno(111 peso), and the chocolate flan(55 peso). Everything was so delicious!!! Almost didn't order the chocolate flan but so glad we did!nom nom nom!
My husband and I just stopped by for dessert and some drinks late in the evening..sad to say the service was only ok and the wine was terrible...the chocolate mousse was nice, the vodka tonic ok (made in a tall glass??)...but the wine had turned. We asked the server in our best spanish to take the wine back but she... More

The service was good, but I didn't like my meal. We had the ceviche and it was just ok and I also had the chile relleno which I didn't like. The menu stated that it would be slightly different with mashed potatoes and corn, but there was way too much breading and too little cheese. I prefer it the normal... More
we ate here a lot during our 5-day stay in todos. all of the food was very good. highlights: tortilla soup, ensalada mixta, guacamole, chile rellenos (perfectly prepared, not too greasy and very flavorful), and the best veggie burrito we've ever eaten. it was packed full of a variety of fresh veggies, some rice and beans, but mostly veggies, which... Excellent eggs Benedict and mango smoothie this morning. Not fancy, but very pleasant. Will definitely go back.
Breakfast options good, fruit plate with cottage cheese was very good as well as a delicious mango smoothie. Coffee was excellent. Service slow on our visit. Nice relaxing laid back ambiance and good value.
