It's a traditional hacienda with beautiful gardens and patios . The food is Mexican food with great flavor. You can't go wrong . It Is not a casual dress restaurant . I suggest reservation

Awesome area to relax, unwind and people watch! Best margaritas ive had in mexico! Staff was superb and friendly. In an upscale neighbourhood, but snobbish at all. Was only there for drinks and respite from the heat but would go back to eat and maybe even stay.

The place is really beautiful, but the food is not worth the price at all. They really don't know how to fry potatoes (basic cuisine)! My husband's Arrachera was ok, but my Milanesa with potatoes was terrible...worst Milanesa ever. It felt like industrial food for the price of fine dining.

In an area adjacent to the Hacienda serves breakfast in a family atmosphere, with seating in the outdoor patio. The dishes are nothing special. The service is slow because the restaurant is crowded. The prices are adequate.

For the second time ever I had the oportunity to have lucnh at this great Restaurante in Mexico City. The place is a real Oasis in the middel of this amazing and crowded city. The place looks like an old monastery, maybe it was, with an well kept interior. The inside patio is a MUST and recomend to eat outside... More

I've been three times to the San Angel Inn. The food is delicious - dessert in particular (Isla flottante = top 5 desserts of all time). The building and decor are beautiful. The service impectable. Cons: somewhat crowded, and you are going to leave with a *serious* dent in your wallet. Do ask the gentleman at the coat check for... More

Loved everything about it! Amazing venue, incredible food, fantastic service! Assume it may be pricey, but I was invited, so fully enjoyed it! :)

This is a traditional restaurant in the heart of San Angel neighborhood. I cannot recommend the food, it lacks flavor and is carelessly prepared. Serviçe is unattentive and a bit pushy, you feel like they just want to turn around the table so that the next group of tourists can sit. But I must admit that the place has great... More

For traditional margaritas, or a tequila or a mezcal, in terms of presentation, quality and ambiance it's hard to beat the courtyard bar at the San Angel Inn. I also tried their tacos arrachero and they were of excellent quality. A nice place for snacks and drinks to impress your colleagues, friends and partners.
