We had dinner at La Madonna - we ordered alfredo and pizza - which if you ask me is nothing special or out of the typical "italian" cusine but the food was just okay. Service was good and the atmosphere isn't bad. We sat outside to enjoy the breeze. The martini's are strong and the homemade bread was delicious. more

This little Italian gem is in the outdoor mall and is located just inside the main entrance, so you don't have to walk far off the boulevard to get to it. You can sit outside and dine in the fresh air (and people watch), or go inside for a totally different atmosphere than any other restaurant in Cancun can offer.... more

We didn't intend on eating here but we discovered that our family-friendly destination restauarnt (Casa de los Margaritas) had closed since our first visit. La Madonna was our second choice and wow - it didn't disappoint. The service was very friendly and helpful. OK, We are from NY, and they have a couple of good italian restaurants. Who would figure a great one in Cancun?? La Madonna was outstanding! Service was superb and the food Delicious. Dont think twice: Eat at this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. more
