Good service and great food at reasonable prices. Near the bus station so a good first or last stop in Tulum. Great shop next door for last minute souvenirs.

After a long time in the rain forest, we arrive to Tulum center and the restaurant called us... Just get inside and look around... You'll find art everywhere, and when you sit down again in your table your amazing real Mexican food will be there... And we have to say that the service of Irma, was just amazing! Don't miss... More
Popped into Charlie's for some grub. The guacamole was great and the margaritas were yummy but I found the prices a little high for "small town" Mexico. Pretty sure if you go off the main drag you can find a better value
The food was ok, the price was a little high, the service was good and the location is close to the ADO station. It was quiet and cool and while I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, if it's convenient I think you could do worse.
The food at Charlie's is great....between the 4 of us, we tried alot of different things on the menu and they just kept getting better....the empanades, the enchiladas, the mole sauce, the salads...all great, fresh and well prepared. We were treated to Flamenco dancers one night and salsa class another. AND don't miss the gift shop next door! Wonderful artisan... More
Tourists please be careful with your credit card at this restaurant!!! One of their employees stole my credit card information (this was the only place I used this card in Mexico) and tried to put through $1200 US Dollars in charges at a local retail store. Luckily my credit card company alerted me and the card was cancelled.
We had just run out of time in our meeting at Talleros Cero and Maria suggested we reconvene on the morrow at 10 AM at Charlies. Rather than wait, I thought I would just go and experience Charlies - and get a feel for the place of our tomorrow meeting. Well, I went and ordered Nachos and Chicken and it... More
Nice atmosphere. Local foods, good margaritas. Enjoyed the chicken mole. Did not care for chicken stew, dry shredded chicken, not good stew flavor. Have music some nights. good service. Had a very nice time with our family, three generations. Recommended by rental agent for our villa as being authentic local foods.
