Probably the best value in Banff. Good food, good service and good value. The only place I know where you can get brown butter and mizithra cheese pasta, my favourite.

When my mom and I arrived it was mid afternoon so the restaurant was not too busy so the service we received was amazing. Our waitress was very quick and very friendly. They have a great gluten free menu. Even though it is a decent sized restaurant is still has a nice cozy rustic feel to it. Would most definitely...

This is probaly one of the cheapest meals you will find in Banff, that being said it's also crowded with people and kids. We went early, (4-4:30 pm) on a Saturday but the place was hopping. Banff being a big tourist town can expose you to bus loads of people at times, especially weekends. We had a 25 minute wait...

The OSF is one of my all time favorite places to eat – I have so many fond childhood, school field trip, and Girl Guide Trip memories from meals enjoyed here. Any time I visit somewhere where there is a OSF I try to go at least once to keep the memories alive and make great new ones to add....

The food in here was acceptable, but not great. Its one of the lower cost places to eat in Banff, but i'd rather pay a touch extra and eat elsewhere. Was going to give 2*, but due to the price being lower than many others, to be fair i have given it 3*.
Needed a place to feed three teenage boys and that wouldn't break the bank. The Old Spaghetti Factory fit the bill. Everyone left full, happy and with money left over for the candy store down the street. This isn't fancy dining, but the service was friendly and efficient and the food was good and the portion size satisfied the teenagers.
We went ther hoping for a nice dinner, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The service was very friendly, attentive and fast. BUT the food was not that nice and tasty at all-it was not seasoned and very watery. It didn´t taste self-made. Sorry :(
To be getting a full course meal, in a comfortable restaurant with a cool décor, at such modest prices, definitely warrants five stars. The value for money here is unparalleled.
My only regret is that I only had the chance to eat here one time during my trip. There were a couple other menu items I had my eye on....

We started in the food court downstairs in same bldg. Looked at prices and I offered to treat husband and mom to Spag. Factory upstairs. Great decision!!! Our server, Rene was very helpful and even told us about a Tuesday night special elsewhere. We all loved the food. I had gluten free pasta with chorizo, tomatoes and onions. Mom had...

Be carefull when paying your bill. Staff add their tip without your authorization. They swipe your card and add either 15 or 20 percent to the total amount. We were not happy with this method so decided to pay our bill with cash and leave the tip we thought was warranted. The server said the credit card transaction had been...
