Loved the casual, no-frills, walk-up experience. Burgers are cooked as ordered and everything was fresh - we will be back!

Waited over half an hour for a bland, dry, cold burger. The bun had been grilled, charred a bit and was cold as well. The shredded cheese wouldn't even melt. Not worth the visit, despite what "You Gotta Eat Here" says. I couldn't finish it. Barely ate any of it in fact.

We enjoyed our 55 Signature burgers and shared an order of so-so fries. The burger was well done and we weren't given an option to chose how we wanted them cooked (I forgot to ask). I'm not sure the corn included with this burger was roasted (as described on order form) but the other toppings were good and our order... More

The form for ordering was too complicated. The Fries were too salty and not home cut as I expected. The hamburger was of a good size but would have me order something different if I was to return as it had too much of a zing for my normally zing happy tastes.

Great little hole in the wall joint. I liked being able customize my burger and it was darn yummy. Nice tables out back for a spot in the shade. A word of warning - the Dijon mustard is HOT!

Rather overpriced and not exactly flavorful. Need spices or something. For what they charge . .. hmmmmmmmm. Not the quickest service either. Fun picking all your toppings, but again, they add up in the cost.

A funny little hole in the wall building - bright orange and blue - that is a piece of an old auto garage/gas station. It's small inside, so it is order and take-out only. Lots of firemen etc phone in and then pick up. Good old fashioned burgers.

Build your own burgers with such a selection of toppings it was almost overwhelming but in a good way. Very tasty in deed once you dug your teeth into it. Makes me want to do it all over again tomorrow.

This place is great! you get to choose exactly what you want off a long selection of topping. Not only do you choose your bread and your cheese but a bunch of other stuff. Their own burger are also VERY good. Shows that they know what they are doing with flavors!
