Most reviewers seemed to have liked the salad and muscle bar but I found it not to be anything special. Boiled muscles with some sauce on the side. My main course was Atlantic stripped bass. Not impressed with the portion or with the dressing. Fish did not taste fresh either. Service was good. Overall not impressed.

The building is interesting and it is in a good location downtown. The salad bar and mussel bar was very good. The meal was good, but we ordered steak medium and medium rare, both arrived well done. Dinner for two with a 1/2 litre of wine was $160. There are better choices for that kind of $.

This resturant is one of the best I have been too. It serves delicious seafood as well as other dishes. The atmosphere is right for a crowd or if your alone. The staff was super friendly. Prices are good considering the quality of food you receive.

The meals, including the mussel and salad bar, were all very good. I found the venue itself to be a real high point in the experience though. It's an old building with a lot of history and an interesting decor. It's one of those places that feels like part of the city; a perfect place for a refined dining experience.

The place used to be a school and then a mortuary before becoming a restaurant. They have two floors and two different menus. we went upstairs and were practically the only customers in the dinning room. It is very nicely decorated with antique spindle back chair and exposed beams ceiling. We had mussel, lobster, haddock, shrimps. It was excellent!

Food and service were both excellent. Nice place to go for Anniversary dinner or any special occasion. Atmosphere very pleasant as well.
