Eric’s baguettes, croissants, pastries and quiches are the best I have had outside of France. In the Before Times, we took his Gateau Basque to several dinner parties and they were always a hit!

We bought an assortment of pasties, everything was top notch! Almond Croissants to die for!!! We sat out on a bench, drank coffee and ate dessert, mmmmmm!
This is the most cozy, but most awesome bakery in this city! Everything is great!!! Nothing average here folks. You will be so glad you came here!!!!!!!
Stopped into Eric the Baker today and got some of their brownies, and a slice of ham and onion quiche. Oh my goodness are they ever phenomenal. The rich cocoa flavour in the brownie is simply decadent. He uses the very best of ingredients and...it shows. Keep up the good work!!! We will keep coming back.More
I have been here many times and have never argued the quality of the food. I am no longer sure I justify the price increases...especially when it is a cash only business. I have supported local through COVID but feel the love should go both...ways. Stop gouging the people who made you a hit in Guelph.More
We bought 2 family size quiche and 12 croissants for $80 CDN!!!! The quality was undoubtedly top notch but $80??? Also parking is problematic for take away.
A little bit of France in the heart of town. All the pastries are to die for. Worth waiting in the line up out the door. Repeat customer.
Very good pastries, no one in city has the delicious ITeS that he offer in his bakery, huge variety of goodies
We visit Eric’s at least once a week. Fabulous French baked goods as good as I have had anywhere, including France
Excellent Hot Chocolate and Pastries and all kinds of other beautiful things to eat and look at! You can't leave without trying something!
Best croissants you will ever eat anywhere. You must go here if you are visiting Guelph or live local the food is very flavourful and rich.
The crème brioche alone earn him five stars, but his are also the best croissants I've had outside of Paris, and everything else I've had has also been delicious. Note: I think it's cash only.
This is a small but mighty bakery with great tasting products. Unfortunately (or fortunately) they only take cash. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Get there early to avoid disappointment.
This place is lined up on a Saturday morning and well worth the wait. Amazing rhubarb danishes. The sausage rolls are spectacular, sausage is perfection wrapped in a perfect puff pastry. Wow wow wow!
We ordered some chocolate croissants on mother’s day, didn’t receive any chocolate croissants but only noticed when we got home. It wasn’t worth returning but we will not be back after this mess up
