We had a wonderful meal here and will definitely return on our next visit to NOTL. My husband enjoyed the artic char appetizer and I had the scallops. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. Our entrees (salmon for him, beef for me) were fantastic. Dessert did not disappoint either! Treat yourself to dinner here and enjoy a truly special experience.

The food at the Charles inn never disappoints. We come every year and have the tasting menu, and we love it. Beef and scallops are the highlight. Our room upstairs is also fabulous.

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was cooked to perfection and the presentation was excellent. The service was superb and the atmosphere was perfect. The staff at 'The Charles Inn Restaurant' seem to have a knack for making a special dining experience 'extra special'!! We'll be back.

We have eaten at The Charles Inn several times. The reason we keep returning is that both the food and the service are exceptional time and time again. The menu is creative and well executed. It is a quiet, intimate restaurant well worth visiting.

There were four in our group and we all enjoyed our meals very much. We all enjoyed an appetizer, main and dessert and tried to order different things so we could all taste!! Everything was so artfully presented and so delicious! There wasn't a flaw to be found... absolute perfection!! Thank you for such a wonderful evening!!
