Always a lunch lineup but it moves fast. The calamari is an unusual treat and the crab roll is good. Lobster sandwich is not one of their better products.
Saw the Sea Cove food truck on Eat St.. wen't to the St Lawrence Market for our 1st visit. Had a Lobster Roll and Fries + Slaw.. OUTSTANDING. It was as good as expected from the reviews we had read. We got there just before the lunch rush..had about 6 or 7 people ahead of us., it took about 5... More
Went the Saturday before last. Visiting from England and had seen the place on eat st. Figured to give it a try as the food looked good. Arrived at the market at around midday. The line was massive but we didn't have to wait long to be served. They had a lot of guys in the kitchen. We ordered the... More
15bucks for a sandwich may be a bit steep for some - but wait until you try this thing! I had a few on my tour around Maine and over into Canada - this place was by far the best! The St Lawrence Market it worth a visit anyway, even if you are not hungry. We loved it - thank... More
Several weeks ago I was at the St. Lawrence Market for a jam making class. After the class I had a few hours to kill and chose to walk around the market in search for something to eat. The options were endless, but ultimately I settled on calamari. The line for Buster's was long, but it moved really quickly. I... More
My TO's Food Trucks pilot is definitely smashingly, deliciously successful and it is just like Eat St on the Foodnetwork but real and accessible! It was a 'easy-piecey' job finding the Food Trucks schedules and locations thru 'food trucks toronto' website. Since we've had the Buster's freshiest and yummiest seafood at the St. Lawrence Market many moons ago, we decided... More
My first experience was with their food truck. I had one of the best (if not THE best) shrimp tacos and shrimp tacos ever. The shrimp fish were fresh, cook perfectly and were complimented by the toppings perfectly. After that, I need to try their restaurant in the St Lawrence market. It was a 8 month wait before I had... These guys really have their stuff down! They were pretty busy but kept the line moving quickly. The food is fresh and tastes great! And the atmosphere of being in the market area was nice, or you could go outside to the patio area right next to the stand. Def will go back when we visit Toronto again!
I highly recommend Buster's Sea Cove! While they were very busy, the food still came out incredibly fast; they guys working there are friendly and very efficient. I ordered a shrimp po' boy (sandwich) and clam chowder, and I couldn't have been happier with the food. It was DELICIOUS! I would definitely order food from here again if in the... More
I have been by this place several times but never stopped until this weekend. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and level of the service. On top of that the sandwiches were great. We went with the recommended halibut and swordfish and they were spot on. Halibut was fried but had a ver light taste. The combination of flavours... More
