Carver's has all things we like in fine dining and none of the things we don't like about other expensive restaurants in Saskatoon. We like a soft ambionce, quiet mellow music and excellent food and service in a cozy environment. If you like the high end, grill style, and very loud restaurants in the city, thenavoid Carver's.

We dined here for our 29th anniversary - it's been literally 10 years I'm sure since here last time.
