Very slow service both on the floor & from the kitchen. We were happy with our meals once they arrived & so glad we didn't bother with anything other than a main meal. They could double their staff & do much better all round. Pleasant evening but not again while in Whitehorse.

Fabulous place to eat in Whitehorse - couldn't recommend it highly enough. (We live in London, so used to good places to eat and surprised by how good it was.) Varied menu with some really interesting stuff on it - I had a bison burger with homemade fries, my wife had spicy pork with rice & baked banana. Both were... More

The menu was varied and the food was very interesting but the service was so slow we nearly left. We had arrived around 7 pm and the restaurant seemed fairly busy but they were still able to find us a table for 8 without any difficulty. Took a long time to be served a glass of water and our orders... More

Liked: Fresh, healthy food, friendly service, convenient location, T&T Halibut and Lemon chicken were perfect as were the salads and soups. Disliked .. the only negative is the coconut shells they serve salads and soups in. Cute, but difficult to handle and the server actually wiped out a glass of wine on my table when she lost control of my... More

The halibut was amazing as were the ribs. Pricing was fair and the service was very good and friendly. Owner was gracious and dedicated to her great restaurant. Dined later (around 8 pm) so no waits. Will go again for sure!

The food was very good and the staff very friendly. the only thing that kept this from being a 5 was the slow service. We wiated for just over an hour from the time we ordered until the food finally came. The place wasn't that busy but at least we were warned at the beginning that it would be slow.... More

Hello Calgary, I'm extremely happy that you liked the food and that the servers did a good job. I gotta tell you that I've been doing this since 2002 and my speed is somewhat better. But, obviously still not where you would like it. But, you know what let's face it it's never going to be lickity split (is that... More

We went to Antoinette's for our monthly date night in April. Both of us never had been to this restaurant before and had heard amazing things about it. The waiter was a tad bit rude and seemed like he was in a rush (even though there was only two tables in there other than us). The menu's seemed a little... More

As always I am greatful that you took the time to give feedback. The rude server. You know I had to get use to him too. It's not that he is rude. He's European and their style of serving is very matter of fact. They don't like to linger too long at the table and with him he is not... More

I had a great meal here - so delicious, ribs with winter baked vegies. The sauce was fantastic and the serving size generous. I really enjoyed it. But it took ages to get to me - over forty five minutes. After half an hour I asked how long my food would be - the waiter said he would check but... More

Hi Australia, Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. Without them we stop learning. Yes! unfortunately at this time we are very short staff. So, this makes it even slower than usual. To be honest we are not the kind of place where you get served instantly anyway. See, at Antoinette's when you order Lamb that... More

The reason to go here are the diverse, delicious offerings on the menu. Antoinette's dishes are unlike anything you've had, yet are pleasantly familiar. But be prepared to have a slow food night. The place gets crowded and you get the sense that the kitchen can get overwhelmed- like maybe only Antoinette herself can actually fill the orders, so it... More

I am so glad that you enjoyed the food but sorry for the wait. Unfortunately, we are at the moment really short staffed. You would normally wait a bit anyway here because everything is cooked for you as you order. But, it's a little bit longer just now. Staff, they are like your kids you can tell them a million...
