Really, really good food! Offered German too, but only had the Indian.
We ate at Paramjit's for supper with our two small kids. The kids enjoyed the bacon and cheese spatzle and my husband enjoyed an assortment of curries. I have several food allergies and the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Not only was my food allergen free, it was absolutely delicious! I had the coconut curried shrimp and would highly... More
Lived in revelstoke for a winter season and I ate there usually once a week. Really nice food at good prices. Thanks Goldie! :)
This is a small restaurant that is owned and operated by an Indian family and has a German chef. The result is excellent Indian cuisine (as my fellow traveller confirmed) and excellent schnitzel. The restaurant is very small and fills up quickly. When you eat there, you understand why. Service is friendly and efficient. One last note: it does not... More
Our family went to Paramjit's Kitchen on a ski trip to Revelstoke. We had the Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken and Pork Rogan Josh, with rice and Nan Bread. We finished with the Chocolate Mousse Cake. It was all wonderful. The Nan bread was not the same as I have had at other Indian Restaurants, but still delicious. There were a... More
Where else could you get fantastic Butter chicken on Spatzle - very good. They serve Home cooked Indian and german food. The chai is great too. we had the friday night soup and samosa which were delicious. everything was excellent but the highlight was the friendly people who work there.
The food was delicious, warming on a cold day. My first time having Indian food, I really liked it. The atmosphere was not relaxing, I felt rushed to finish my meal because there was a line up of people waiting for a table and it's a small, noisy room. I'd go again, just not during lunch or supper hours.
Incident #3 October 2011 - I had the Vegetarian Wrap and the Saag Paneer which my partner brought me home after he ate at the restaurant. It was so salty my tongue hurt and I could not finish. Incident #2 Pam is also at the farmers market. She wears rubber gloves, but takes the money with the gloves on then... More
We were pleasantly surprised by this small restaurant. The curry was great and had some real flavour. We spent a month in India so it is a good comparison. Prices were quite reasonable. The only thing I don't get is why offer naan bread and serve something pretending to be naan which clearly is not. Flat bread heated up over... More
