Fabulous coffee! Love the fact that Lotus Bleu is focussed on organic, fair trade, and local ingredients. Try a raspberry muffin...yum! Decor is funky and fun. Great staff, with excellent service. Will visit here every time I am in Edmundston.

What a fun place to visit. Small, vibrant, colourful. The food is organic, so many loose teas to choose from. A bit pricey but you pay for quality.

Stopped by with the family including some gluten free Edmundston is a lovely looking town and they do speak English. The menu is fairly simple and the food is freshly prepared. We had a vegetarian curry and it was lovely. The kids were bit less impressed. The accompanying side salad had a lovely dressing that complimented the curry. Recommended

I just loved my experience when I went at this place early this week passing by! Very healthy food and the cofee is delicious. Very relaxing too.
