This place is very nice for a younger crowd. It has a good ambiance for young people, could get a bit noisy when there's too many people. It has a nice bar and good burgers.
Went as part of a work retreat. Meal was fantastic. Shared the Cowboy Rib Steak 40oz with co-worker and we dusted it off..in 11 minutes! Staff were average, a bit snobby and curt. Food made up for it. Had a dessert recommended to me which I could not pronounce, sort of a French Canadian bread pudding, cake, maple syrup ice... More
I ate at La Forge Grill back in late August 2013 and as good the filet mignon was, the overall prices of the restaurant were on the high side. I realize its a "fancy" steak house in the middle of the Tremblant Village, but I did not leave satisfied solely due to the pricing. It is easily over $100 per... More
Had our last meal here. Was some of the best steak we had ever had but the cost was extremely high. Glad we hadn't been too flash with the cash before this meal. Worth it for a special occasion!
The only thing this place has going for it is location. The food (downstairs, not upstairs at the steakhouse) was pretty gross, not to mention way over-priced for what it is. But hey, they don't have to be good, they've got the best spot in the resort! We also had to move because of multiple people smoking at their tables.... More
Excellent service from our waiter. Food was ok. Steaks were initially dry so they we quickly whisked away, no arguments, replaced and subsequently we were checked on to see if they were as desired. Extensive wine list, majority old world. My brother had the rabbit leg which he enjoyed. Duck wings were ok, nothing to write home about. You have... More
Wow! We ate here during Blues Fest. We had a corner table upstairs just inside. The food and wine list is to die for! We will certainly return as we have been here before and are never disappointed.
Our server was nice enough but the food was terrible. I had the salmon tartar to start which has capers in it making it already a very salty dish but then there was chunks of rock salt throughout, way too much salt. Then, my main was fish, overcooked and dry and the whole dish was so salted it was inedible.... More
Great food, great service, great company....our server was very knowledgable....the food was fantastic....perfectly cooked....wonderfully presented. High price, but worth it
We ordered 3 rib steaks - one for me and two for my two boys (both age 12). They advertise premium steaks... I do not know how they determine that is premium? 2 steaks had very poor meat quality - chewy and inedible blotches (can't find the right description). Although my two boys appreciate very good food they normally find... More
