After the Scotch Whisky Experience Tour we decided to dine at their Amber Restaurant. A rather modern restaurant. The staff was friendly and the Sirloin steak with red vine was superb, but the the price for the food was rather high.

Had an hour before Scotisch Experience tour started so decided to eat in Amber. Very clean place with nice decor. Ordered stew and goat chease parcels. Great food and value of money. Highly recommended panna cotta with raspberry/ whisky sauce. Thank you Matthew for perfect service.

Amber is the restaurant/bar attached to the Scotch Whisky Experience. Personally, I'd skip the "Experience" (although the shop is good) and go right to the bar and restaurant.
