The Louisiana chicken was quite expensive, and it was disappointing for the cost - a plain breast of chicken with sauce ladled over the top and a pile of average fries.
Went for a meal there Tuesday night, 4 adults and a child and whilst the bill was quite expensive for basically a two course meal and a drink, we could not fault Stevie the waiter. Didn't write anything down which made me think orders would be wrong but not at all, the orders were perfect and remembered who had ordered... More
I have been to Frankie and benny's numerous times. The food is below average quality, but its the service that is the real problem. Have waited over an hour on 2 occasions, wrong dishes served and once served a chicken Parmigiana which was burnt, hidden under a bed of spaghetti. Won't be going back...Well unless the kids force me lol..
Had lunch from the main menu, portions were massive, Prize was average but made better with the forces discount. We could not eat all the food, so the staff provided a pizza box to doggy bag the food for home, which was a nice touch as we paid nearly £50 for the 3 meals.

What I could not understand was that the restaurant was far from busy so why... More

A quick lunch with a friend was a pretty miserable affair at the Gyle's only non food court restaurant. The large barn of a place was almost empty (12 noon on a Monday) yet music blared loud enough to be heard across the car park. I ordered fish and chips - hard to get wrong, you'd think. I got two...
