We went for the lunch menu, so fresh, delicious and great value. 2 courses for 19.50. For starters I got my fingers dirty digging in to the gambas, my wife had the mozzarella which was melt in the mouth. I could have eaten the gambas for starter main and dessert! We both had the lamb for mains. Perfectly tasty, fell... More

All fantastic, food, people and atmosphere. Please keep the Gambas and the Zuppa. Your chocolate cheesecake should go into the hall of fame, best dessert I ever had!!!

We went there for birthday treat. Not impressed at all. Seating is badly arranged to start. Waitress however was friendly towards us. Starter was average, mains was so bland, I had risotto with chicken. Luckily it wasn't overly expensive. Had heard good reports, must have been a bad day. Won't be back!!

Popped in for Sunday Lunch. Arrived just after opening, but the american owner was very welcoming. He had more specials off the menu, than he had on it, and we managed to resist his watermelon juice based Bellini, delicious as it sounded. I passed on a starter, and i had the fish and seafood stew, which came out in an... More

Outstanding meal, My wife brought me out for my birthday. I wasn't whelmed when I came in the front door but..... Superb, well worth the effort.

Not sure if this is genuine Italian fare, more French/Italian fusion. even though the menu was quite small, I had a problem deciding what to get as the dishes all sounded very tasty. In the end I had the white asparagus and artichoke salad which was lovely and fresh and simple. The wild boar followed which was really amazing, rich... More

after reading some of the reviews i said let's try it. it was not too busy but still had to wait to get attention. i had the ossobuco: well presented but apart the risotto the white asparagus were missing. i asked for some vegetables a mix of raw and cooked because there's nothing on menu: i got 9 slices of... First I must apologise to the guys at San Lorenzo's - I've been meaning to post a review after each of the excellent meals I've had at this buzzy restaurant, so this one counts for multiple visits! The food is top notch with creative mixes of ingredients - its becoming such a hard choice of whether to go for the... More

Went here with a large group at weekend. The service was great, lovely friendly staff, very attentive. Had been looking forward to trying food here for a while but wouldn't be rushing back I'm afraid. I started with chowder which was very tasty but had rib eye steak for main which was so fatty I didn't eat much of it... More

I was here with some friends on Saturday night and we had a lovely night, great atmosphere, great food and a great waiter. I work in the hospitality industry and just those little extra touches make such a difference. I am a Coeliac and they were able to adapt any dish I wanted so I had the Veal which was... More
