I dropped into Milano on Dawson St with my Mum and my 2 year old daughter. My Mum is coeliac and my daughter would talk and talk to anyone. Asha who greeted us when we attended was just so lovely and personable with my little...girl which made her day. She gets really disappointed when adults are too busy to acknowledge her, Asha was great. She made the time to chat while still getting on with her job. We always find Milano great for Gluten Free options for my Mam. It was overall just a lovely visit and we will definitely be back to this branch because the staff are outstandingMore

Myself and 4 friends were waited on by the happiest, friendliest most helpful young woman we have ever come across, her name was Jess. You were brilliant. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed with Milano's, Dawson Street, experience previously in other locations was always good. However, restaurant extremely dirty, cobwebs over our heads on the ceiling, lots of midgets around our table and neighbouring tables. Waiter in fairness was pleasant and efficient albeit extremely busy at...the time of our visit. Food was good when it did arrive. Overall disappointed believe that management need to ensure higher standards particularly in the area of cleanliness.More

Food was not nice , pizza was cold , had a chicken ceaser salad, came with boiled egg and anchovies didn’t taste right , and the dressing was definitely salad cream . Most stuff we ordered at the start they where out of ,including wine...we asked for and even sparkling water , Then the waiter smashed a full glass of Prosecco on our table , we where covered in glass and Prosecco , said sorry and asked us to move to another table ,glass falling off me as I was walking to another table… Definitely won’t be backMore

I went to this restaurant with my family and although the food was nice we were absolutely outraged at the price. Not to mention our server was just on the edge of being outright rude. I ordered the carbonara and all he said was, "We...don't have that today" and my grandmother who is hard of hearing did not hear him and ordered the carbonara aswell and he snapped at her and said "We don't have that today" I might sound dramatic but the tone he said it in made me honestly want to leave. Anyway, the food was delicious I will admit Milanos food always is, but the service and the prices are disgraceful. For desert, my little brother who's only 9 and doesn't know any better just asked for vanilla ice cream, and he was holding the adults menu for whatever reason, he's a nine year old child. When the server brought it out it was a teeny tiny cup of ice cream which we all assumed was just what came with his kids meal. For the kids meal you get a starter, a main and a desert for 9.95. Also not to mention the portions are ridiculously small. When we payed and got the receipt it said that his ice cream was 6.65? Which was weird so I calculated what it should have been as it was included in the kids deal and it should have been 1.50. I asked the server and he said well it's because he ordered off the adult menu... In what world did the nine year old boy order some vanilla ice cream off the adults menu. And even if he did it's disgraceful to charge almost seven euro for some vanilla ice cream. So the server just walked away and we kind of awkwardly sat there a bit confused and so I called over another server to try and remedy it. He tried his best bless him but then the guy who was serving us originally told him to walk away because "he'd sort it" yet he also walked away and we sat there for at least ten minutes until we realised they were just going to leave us there and not help so we left. One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant and will not be returning.More

We had a wonderful dining experience at this authentic Italian pasta place nestled in Temple Bar. After much deliberation, we settled on two pasta dishes and two pizza to share among our group. Each plate of pasta was cooked to perfection, with rich and flavorful...sauces that transported us to Italy with every bite. The pizza was a delicious fusion of classic Italian flavors, featuring a thin crust that had the ideal balance of crispiness and chewiness. What also impressed us was the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. In conclusion, if you're looking for an authentic Italian pasta haven in the heart of Temple Bar, this place is a definite winner.More

We stopped into Milano looking for some light food on a trip around Dublin and were not disappointed. The pizza was just what we needed that afternoon, staff were friendly, and there were plenty of options for us to choose from on the menu.

I came here with my special needs class during summer camp. First off I had a wheelchair user and the entrance isn't wheelchair accessible. Luckily my pupil can walk a little so we were able to get in but something to bare in mind if...you have a wheelchair and booking. The service was excellent and we had Daniel serving us mostly who was very accommodating. There is a good kids menu with three courses and under ten euros. There are dough balls for the starter and pasta and pizza choices for the mains. I got carbonara which was more a creamy dish than carbonara but fine. So overall a really nice experience.More

Great staff and lovely atmosphere. The food was of good quality and presented very well. I was a bit limited on my main courses choices been a celiac although the main course was great. Loved the starter and desert also. The three stars is only...because of small numbers of choice if I’d more choice I’d have given mor stars. Hope this helps.More
