Excellent food served in a restaurant which does every thing well: service, menu, wine list, attention to the guests. The rooms and table are confortable. A place which is not to be missed in Montpellier

From the moment you arrive, service is top class, staff is very professional and attentive. The menu is outstanding, with creations from the Pourcel brothers which are totally unique, well-presented and mouthwatering. Fresh seasonal ingredients, creative combinations, a wine list as impressive as Montpellier's phone book and most of all the biggest cheese trolley I have seen to this day....

Went there and had the full-on 10+ course gastronomy tasting menu. While everything is perfect or close from the quality of the dishes to the attention of the staff, it is just too much food for one stomach. By the time the amazing cheese tray turns up, you just can't take it anymore and quite happy to miss out on...

I enjoyed a tasting dinner at Jardin des Sens that exceeded my expectations by miles. The flavours, taste, composition, and presentation of the dishes were magnificent. The waiters were professional and attentive. If you want an exceptional dinner experience, this is the place to go in Montpellier.
We were encouraged to visit by the excellent reviews the restaurant has received and were not only sorry we went but angry at the experience. We dine out a lot and have visited many excellent international dining rooms over the years. I do not mind paying a high price for good food and I was looking forward to a special...

This is the place for extraordinary gourmet dining--with service that is pampering, yet unintrusive. They are well prepared for english-speaking guests. I emailed early in the day to indicate that I had dietary restrictions--suggesting that I would manage if they couldn't accommodate, but accommodate they did, to the nth degree! They even created a dessert for me that was incredible;...

At EUR49 the menu de jour (lunch only) is a steal. The quality and presentation of the food was exceptional.
We returned later in our stay for the "Seasonal menu with matched wines" (dinner monday to thursday) and were again delighted with the value for money. If there was one complaint, it was the "pre-dessert" dessert - there was simply...

This is a spectacularly good restaurant. Any previous review indicating otherwise was clearly written by a fool on some artificial substance. And yes it isn't cheap, but value is the key and they aim to please and never miss the mark. We had two different tasting menus and after a time had to beg the servers to cease and desist....

We had a very, very nice meal with wine paring that was excellent -an overall good value. As others have mentioned, the first immense flaw is in the disproportionate cost of the additions. For example, a simple expresso costs 8 euros. Secondly, the decor is simply bad. The attractive garden is lost when the interior lighting is turned far too...

This was by way of a 60th birthday celebration. It was I suspect a one off experience as it is prohibitively expensive for anything other than a very special occasion. Of course all things are relative so what I found expensive others may not. To give you an idea we paid 540 Euro for two for a 3 course dinner...
