lovely local dishes served by a very sophisticated owner. the mushrooms were excellent and the service and atmosphere in such a lovely location will draw me back again
As others have said its a little hard to find, but worth persisting. The are several interesting bar to explore in the old area of Marbella. The bar is quite small but that means its more intimate and the owner can be more interested in what you want. We had a selection of tapas and they were all very tasty.... More
Infinitely better option that it's highly over-rated neighbour Bar Estrecho, this spot is a great little place to pop in on a tapas trail. Excellent wines, and very good tapas. I know it's a bit off putting to see such liberal use of the microwave, nonetheless these tapas are high quality. I was particularly impressed with the chicken curry, something... More
Such a great little spot, ventured across from Bar Estrecho. The choice and quality of wine (ribero del duero) was fantastic, as was the food. Try the grilled goats cheese with pimenton. Now a regular visitor, and Javier the owner and small team of hard working staff really make you feel welcome. In the colder winter nights, they also have... More
If you want to it the best "TAPAS" you have to come here. There are really nice and good prepared. The owner was really kind and recommend us what to eat. If you are going to Marbella, you can´t miss it.
Quaint, charming and really good tapas - unlike the usual dried up tapas that are usually served. It is very small inside and no outside seating, as it is in a narrow alley. We went on the advice from trip advisor comments, found it easily and was not dissapointed.
We had a lovely evening in this beautiful little tapas bar. The owner was a lovely man offering great recommendations on beautiful food and wine. I would urge anyone visiting Marbella to drop in and enjoy a glass of wine and some tapas.
We have been coming to Marbella for 12 years and are familiar with Estrecho a very nice Tapas bar in Old Town. Up to now we have not tried TierrAranda -- our mistake. It is right across the alley from Estrecho and is very, very good. Specializing in meat tapas and wine, the tapas are very tasty and well prepared... More
We keep going back to visit Javier in his little tapas bar, hidden away in the alley street of Marbella. It is a highly recommended stop for a good quality red wine from Ribera del Duero and amazing selection of cheeses and meats. The owner is a charming character who will be happy chatting to you about his amazing wine... More
