I am keeping a four star rating as I would not class it as average, and food was still very good, but service was disappointing this time, whereas on previous visits it has been excellent. We had the prawns (fried and with a great alioli style dip) which were lovely, the beef also very good, and an excellent pork dish... More

This is a great restaurant with friendly English speaking staff and tasty food. Note that the restaurant is in between two other restaurants (outside of the underground garage opposite of the park). Reservation is a must. Try melted "catsuera" cheese with caramelized onions and fresh cod "rotena style".

I'm from Los Angeles and have visited Sevilla 3 times and always go back to this restaurant. I've also recommended this restaurant to a dozen people and everyone has thanked me for the recommendation and enjoyed the restaurant thoroughly. I ( along with my friends) have made reservations through email and the owner Juan took good care of us! Ask... More

The word "uneven" comes to mind. A couple of the dishes we had were better than the Andalusian norm, while others were a bit on the plain side. Favorite was the "Bamboo Panache," which was well-prepared (and the best option for vegetarians, and the only safe option for vegans). Service was a bit rushed and seems to vary depending on... More

We have been in Spain for almost three weeks now, including Madrid, Almeria, Toledo and Segovia, and seem to have been caught in good looking but mediocre tasting restaurants. The food in Vineria San Telmo is outstanding! I adore food, cooking it and eating it and delighted in every morsel including the excellent sweet sherry I had instead of dessert.... More

We came to this restaurant for lunch. chose this restaurant because of its #1 ranking. At first, My impression is so so. Decoration is ok but the seating is a bit tight. Service is not bad. Still, i was wondering why it ranked #1 as it's doesn't look that great. We looked at the menu and found a number of... More

A simple setting surrounded by similar looking places but the food is ao far ahead of any tapas we had in seville ir anywhere else for that matter. If each course was part if a tasting menu we would have expected to pay anything up to a hundred pounds a head and would still have thought fantastic; however, at around... More

I really do not enjoy eating tapas generally but was outvoted as this restaurant had been recomended and we didn't want to wander around looking for somewhere to eat. We booked a table for 8pm on a Tuesday night which we believed was when the restaurant opened. When we arrived it was already full except for the remaining reserved tables.... More

Great tapas bar right on the edge of the old jewish barrio. Great service, great food and wine. Make a reservation. We arrived at 8 and luckily there was one table left outside. The server just said we had to be out by 9:30. We finished our meal well in time but could have used another 30 min to relax... More
