We ate fresh and delicious cuisine, and we had a lovely time. The restaurant is clean, and clean toilets. We took a little child, although the correspondence was good staff.

The queenie scallops were absolutely delicious but a platter of smoked fish on the disappointing side. Not actually bad, but nothing special. Staff very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the best wine ever !

I'll start by adressing the food. Aside from my husband's lobster pasta which was fantastic and a generous portion, the food was average at best. My crab pasta had no crab meat in the sauce, rather crab pieces still in the shell were placed on top of the pasta, but as I was given no implements to extract any meat,... More

Excellent food, good service and most important, everything was fresh! Style is modern. Atmosphere is quiet, polite, stylish. They really make an effort to have everything fresh. You can always ask when this fish was caught and where.

We ate at Mare, as Trip Advisor's number one establishment, (at the time), was closed at lunch and Mare is just across the road. We were not disappointed by our second choice. It is quite a pretentious, upscale kind of place, but not in an intimidating way. As the name would suggest, this is a fish restaurant, so obviously, don't... More

I just finished dinner at the restaurant. Let me preface my remarks by stating that I am finishing a 21 trip through Rome, Naples,Positano, Sorrento and finally back to Rome. I have eaten in all types of restaurants ( excellent to average). My experience at this restaurant was the first of its kind. After reading some of the reviews I... More

We ordered one serving of the fish of the day plus vegetables but the waiter kept saying "Ok for two" to which we kept saying, "No for one." He still brought a whole fish after our mild protest and declared, "Fish for two.". We got tired of trying and ended up with a 130euro bill for lunch. The food overall... More
