Great meal off Campo dei Fiori found on Trip Advisor. Place is small but tastefully elegant. One of the best meals we had in Rome.

I chose this place based on the Tripadvisor reviews. I must say I was particularly fascinated by the owner's emotional comment on a negative review - I thought, this man must really care for what he is doing. I was not disappointed.
The restaurant is small and cosy. The menu is short, but the food is really fresh and very...

Very good food and home made ravioli. The owner, Carlo, was super friendly and nice. This is a very good restaurant which we found a little bit over priced, but great food and super atmosphere. Great place if you want to have a romantic dinner in romantic Rome.
Very good food and good, friendly service. Fine dining, well thought combinations. The starter salad was excellent, home made ravioli as well. A bit pricy -for main course the quality reflects the price but the prices of the starters are a bit high end.
I'm a chef who was looking forward to all my meals in Rome. The food here is so exquisite I had to be a tourist and photograph every dish. We had almost the entire menu, everything was amazing! Treat yourself while your in Rome and eat here.
If you are looking for a great dinner close to Campo de Fiori, this is the place. Food is excellent and wine list is remarkable. Prices are not cheap, but balanced with quality.
Had one of the best meals I have ever had in Rome. The interior is eclectic and very romantic. Carlo and Marta made us feel at home and could not have been nicer. We mentioned we were on our way to Almalfi Coast and Carlo went out of his way to make sure we knew is favorite restaurants and things...

Of all zeven restaurants we visited Sensus was the most refined one. The attention to detail was instantly noticeable in the home made slightly spiced bread and continued in the presentation of our meals. The buffalo mozzarella was very tasteful and the small octopuses melted in our mouths.
The atmosphere was serene with classical music playing (or was it jazz...

Personal welcome by the owner, Carlo Maddelena, started us off with a basket of the most exquisite little crostini before explaining the elaborate menu, with many seafood features. Then came miniature rocket salad in sesame with tuna and nuts (gratis). We ordered two appetizers, octopus was unbelievable, sooooo tender and...

Four of us dined at Sensus and were not disappointed. There are several 'traditional' items on the menu (like the cacio e pepe which was very good), but what stood out were the specials. The tuna tartare amuse bouche started the meal beautifully. We had the fish as well as the eggplant ravioli, which were truly the best things we...
