This place was close to our hotel so we decided to stop by, best ice cream & good value for the money (also open quite late) enjoy the gelato here!!!

Everyone raves about Gelato Neri, so when we tried it, I was not disappointed. They had so many flavors to choose from, so the worst part was trying to decide! Friendly staff. Student spot. Creamy & delicious; a good snack for the walk

Came for the gelato, stayed for the pastries! (Well, not literally. We got them to carry back to the hotel.) I practically licked the wrapping paper, the eclair was so good.

Our tour guide recommended this place as her favorite gelateria and I'm so glad we took her advice! I had a flavor that had the word "neri" in it and it was the best chocolate gelato I've tasted (like a dark chocolate nutella), plus a cool rose-flavored gelato (tastes like how roses smell).

It's from 2007 I live in Florence and I ate some gelatos around.. But I always come back to have my gelato at Gelateria Dei Neri - says it all:)

This place is great, one of the things you really don't want to miss in Florence, and what was really interesting is that the place sells these marvellous, to-die-for pastries cantucci etc. that are (hard to say it, lump in my throat) better than the ice cream. I went here on March 30. All I can say is that this is the BEST gelati in Florence. The chocolate with orange and the pistachio were my favorite flavors, but I could very easily have eaten my way through each flavor given the time.
