It doesn't get more Swiss than this 16th century alpine chalet: food great, service charming, prices . . . best go to the pizza room if cost is an issue.

It's such like a sweet and warm atmosphere, 3 type of dinning room, I tried 2 of them, the italian and the grill room, for sure the best restaurant I went ot out of several.
The space is magnificent and views amazing. The overall feel is old fashioned and traditional. This also goes for the food. Nothing special, nothing memorable, but reasonably reliable and on the better side of ordinary. They make an effort with the service, but again it's pleasant without being polished. The building is really old. It is obvious from the minute you see it. Inside it is comfortable, cozy, clean and completely renovated. The food is traditional and of good quality. There is also a pizza furnace which makes great traditional pizza. There is a great atmosphere in this restaurant.
Business colleagues have raved so we went for lunch today. Two persons for their special lunch, tuna starter and trout meuniere or grilled with spinach and potatoes, dessert was sorbet with calvados. we had sparkling water and a nice italian white wine. There was no one else except a couple with toddler on the terrace. The table was nice, by...

dinner at the Chesa Velha is a must when in St.Moritz. You can choose from different restaurants and a night club. We always go to the pizzeria, delicious. While informal, dress up as elegant!

I have been client at Palace for long time.Pizzeria is the one i have always preferred but last night was fully booked, so we went to the Stube. It was half empty, service...

We ate in the "pizzeria" section of the restaurant. It was full of old, elegant, rustic character. The service was simply fantastic and pizzas & pasta were very good. Expensive for pizza but well worth it for the atmosphere and service - a real St. Moritz experience!
Service second to none. Food just kept coming. Attentive service, quality food. oooh you have GOT to go here!
