Compared to the more obvious restaurants on the "old town" island, this one is harder to come upon by chance. It's in a quieter side street and has lovely character. The food and service are very good – we went twice in one weekend. The reindeer main dish is fantastic.

We visited the restaurant in conjunction with the Springsteen concert and despite that it was quite crowded we got excellent service and very good food. This was a highlight on our Stockholm visit.

The place is overcrouded and there is almost no chance to have a place the same day you decided to have a meal there. The prices seem to be average in the expensive Stockholm city. While the taste of the dishes we took was is really great.

Warm atmosphere, friendly service, great food. Absolutely go hear for dinner. If you are staying in Gamla Stan you have no excuse. Great for business or a romantic dinner.
