This "prosciutteria", restaurant and wine bar looks like a small ordinary cafe on the outside but it packs a whollop when it comes to food and drink. The food is typical of the Friuli-Giulia....prosciutto San Daniele, fresh salmon and deer prosciutto and then there is the frico...the potato and cheese omelet typical of the Friuli, exceptional pastas and a wonderful... more
