If you are adventurous ask Luca to just bring you what he thinks is best. You will be happy! I hope you like seafood because they do it right here.

Great fish restaurant with a decent selection of wine. Try mussels soup, grilled seafood, spaghetti with clams.

In Viareggio it seems difficult to find restaurants that are no tourist traps - this one was recommended to us in the hotel and is really excellent and not too expensive! But book a table in advance, it is really always very crowded!

Good restaurant, with decent food and plenty of locals. But very busy and not enough staff and ruined by having to ask for the bill half a dozen times.
