Set up like a lovely urban city cafe, full of little trinkets, cosy and the coffee is really good too. The cheescakes are to die for!
Hats off to the owners of this Cafe! What a fantastic place! We go their all the time and have done since it opened! A few things we would like to see changed: The tables are far too small, they barley fit two coffees on. They are lovely but larger tables would be more practical. The menu is probably the... More

This is really a great spot located in between town center and waterfront. The moment you enter you almost feel at home with an amazing atmosphere, comfortable seat settings, good light and nice smell and the many attractive cakes. I went there on a Sunday around noon and was lucky to even have some live music. Had a good lunch... More

I had the Ham, Cheese and Tomato toasty for a quick meeting at Java Spice and it was soooo yummy! They add a secret chutney that is to die for and I will be back. Their coffee however I found to be abit bitter. :( Might go for a juice next time.

In a two week stay indulged at least in the great coffee every day, just to walk in and be greeted with a cold towel and iced water was enough to make this cafe special. On the weekend the live music creates a great vibe, not... More

If in Darwin this is a must visit and... More

Found this place whilst looking on Tripadvisor for the best coffee in Darwin. What an absolute gem of a place. I found an air conditioned refuge from the searing 34c heat serving fabulous coffee (no *bucks rubbish here) alongside mouthwatering cakes and a selection of toasted sandwiches. I had 3 cappuccinos (yes, they are that good) a cheese toastie and a... More
Dear Tomcat22.. So many thanks for your review. I do want feedback and it is important to genuinely ask and care about the answer. How many times does one feel that the question "did you enjoy?" is not meant to be answered. AND if one does answer in the negative, one knows in 99% of cases it falls on very... More
