Went because of previous reviews. Not disappointed Pizza was great, the texture and balance of flavours in the pasta dish was just incredible. Better than most five star restaurants I have eaten at. ... And when they say the panacotta is awesome, it sure is. Great service, great ambience, just a great Italian experience. Highly recommend. The small intimate Italian restaurant just a couple of bars/restaurants along from Niccolinis brings a focus on authentic handmade pizza and some pastas. Great desserts too. Genuine Italian waiting staff on OE and of course an Italian chef owner from Wellingtons Italian community. First rate.

We went there for lunch based solely on the Tripadvisor reviews. We were a little leary about having pizza in New Zealand. If you like European thin crust, this is the place. The resturant is a little small, so get there before the crowds. Staff was helpful and the prices were reasonable. It is a short walk from Oriential Bay.

These guys know what the are doing. Boss guy is superb - and Pizza is the best we have found in Wellington. Prices reasonable, attitude spot-on. And always buzzing - people go where the food is good! And, if you do have a problem - just mention it, it will be fixed with charm, good humour - and quickly!
