Their ice cream is no different from others in the area, only slightly dearer due to TripAdvisor reviews probably. It's not home made icecream it's just the same cheap mechanical refinery product that all of the Gellatos buy from. Also the service is rude to say the least! The manager has a permanent miserable look on his face.

The place is perfect eventhough is small and crowdy but Icecream is always top quality.Try some specials!!

Definitely the best ice cream in Prague. The friendly staff will get you huge portion of icecream to cornet (can be with chocolate), pot, glass or cold box. We have had a few ice cream in Prague and this place was certainly the best! There are good variety of flavour to choose from. Staffs were very friendly too which makes a difference!

Best ice cream you can buy in Prague, during summer im there almost every day. Unfortunataly this place is close usually for one month in winter. Staff is very friendly there. They are not Italian but they definitely know how to make ice cream!

During our week long visit to beautiful Prague we managed to visit several gelato cafes. This offered a great location at intersection of old and new towns, and was consistently delicious. Service, as is often the case in Prague, is competent but not overly friendly.

I really enjoyed the coffee and chocolate gelato here. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy. The feeling in your mouth is divine, and to me, the flavor intensity is just right...strong, but not so overpowering that one cannot taste the milk of the ice cream. Great service too with fair portions and prices.

I'd say that this is the best ice cream that I've tasted out of Italy! Absolutely delicious, variety of awesome and yummy flavors. I simply love this shop. It's right in the city center - definitely recommended!
