We were there twice, always found a place to sit down without any problems. Service was nice and helpful, even though not as professional, as we had expected.
We came here twice during our 3 nights stay in Brno. The decor is simple and clean, with two rooms in the cellar, one for smokers and one for non-smokers. The food is modern and there is a good fixed menu with seasonal dishes well prepared and tastefully presented. The service was excellent, really friendly and helpful, our waiter recommended... More
We went here on a Monday around 7.30 and people were already leaving so it felt slightly empty- nevertheless the food was good, especially the starters of bruschetta and gnocchi - mains especially the duck were good, but the food was, as Czech food is, rather heavy. We didn't need a pudding!
We arrived late at night and asked the hotel receptionist for a place to dine. Tulip was just 2-minute-walk from our hotel and was a surprise, a really good one. A modern cellar-style restaurant, there's a small "dehor" if you want. Service was good, friendly staff and super food. reasonably priced. Moreover we had a 10%off thanks to a voucher... More
Enter, go downstairs and sit down. Disciplined staff explaines what could be interesting and they do not forget to mention wide selection of wines. Every week they promote a selected menu for a reasonable price. Tulip can be a pleasant surprice not only for those who like gardening.
One of the best restaurants in Brno. Attractively designed cellar in interesting park-filled area in the north of the city. Great service and good selection of Moravian wine. Good value for what you get.
I had recommendation from Hotel Arte, and to be honest, was super choice. Food was tasty and the staff was more than helpful. Big plus.
We were recommended this restaurant by the nearby Hotel Europa. Slightly skeptical initially, we were won over by the very friendly and efficient staff, and again by the extremely good food, expertly and efficiently served. The style, judging by our visits, is Italian with other influences, amply augmented by local wines and beer. Well worth a visit, and we shall... More
Having found this restaurant on trip advisor, we thought we knew what to expect. However, it was MUCH better than we could have ever imagined. The staff was VERY friendly (George was our waiter) and spoke English and there was even an English Menu. He suggested a great red wine (they only had local wines which made it even better).... More
I visited this restaurant after reading meany good reviews with my mom when she visited me and was pleased right away. Service is very nice, as well as interior and food was just perfect. Extremely tasty mushroom sauce and soups, as well as steak.
