A chic Italian restaurant in Aspen serving great food, been to the one also in Miami. Simple Italian cooking done to perfection. Excellent drinks and fantastic service from the bartender.
We ate and drank at the bar in back of this restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed. The service was excellent, John the bartender seemed to be an institution and knew everybody. The drinks were excellent, the food delicious with the bar food menu making for a meal for less than $25, a veritable bargain for Aspen and the clientele very upscale,... More
Last time I went here was on Thanksgiving. They had a special for Thanksgiving going on. It was very good and the food was excellent! I have been here before as well and everytime has been wonderful. They serve perfect portions of food. So by the end you are not stuffed!! They have alot of wine available as well. Great... More
This was consistently my favorite date night restaurant in Aspen so we were terribly disappointed this week when we visited the outdoor back patio bar with a group of friends and experienced indifferent and incompetent service. We waited 20 min for drinks and it wasnt crowded. The attempt at an outdoor patio bar is lame at best. The surroundings are... More
Went for drinks at the bar in back of the restaurant. Took forever to get our drinks...we reminded bartender we had been waiting for over 25 minutes...he replied we had not been there 25 minutes (rude)...he was right though - we were probably there closer to 30 minutes with no drinks. When we got our drinks 2 were wrong...but not... More
We liked the food, but I found it overpriced (entrees, salads, drinks) compared to other restaurants we dined at during our stay in Aspen. The restaurant has a great location in front of one of the pedestrian areas in the downtown area. We ate outside on the patio (good for people watching; we requested it earlier in the day and... More
Had the salmon, spinach, cherry tomato salad and it was grilled perfectly. I would get this again with no questions asked. No need to comment on price due to location but the service was above par. Give it a try.
We didn't eat dinner here, but did enjoy a drink in the outdoor bar area. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant. The service was prompt, and in the short time we were there several employees came by to check on us. There are plenty of seats at the bar counter, and also couches with small tables. There are heaters... More
This is the best place to people watch and drink in the essence of Aspen. The corner location is ideal for patio seating. We had a table in the corner looking directly at the horse and carriage and Paradise Bakery. The Music students were everywhere, giving us a free concert on every corner. Watching the sunset over the mountain was... More
