“Even my 7 year old kids love Matsuhisa”

We visit Aspen quite frequently and we adore Matsuhisa. Our favorite recommendation is to get there early (we have small kids) and sit in the bar on the couches. Service is awesome. “Best food ever”

It is a bit pricey, but as most things in life it is worth the price. I love it. Every time I get some extra money me and my boyfriend go there. Great service and food!

Busy high energy place with a fun bar and open dining room. Chefs prepare food with such precision creating lovely sculptures and designs. Can always find had to get and unusual dishes here. Cost matches quality, you pay for what you get.
