This was our hotel's (The Elements) own restaurant and we loved it. Breakfasts were spectacular, yummy and plentiful! Weekly beach BBQs were entertaining and delicious. Slight problem with food provided as room service - although tasty, the portions were quite small.

A must if visiting Koh Samui .... The duck curry and lamb massaman curry is so tasty. I had the scallops wrapped in Parma ham which was so tasty. The mango sticky rice is a must.... Not that easy to find, unless, you tell the taxi its part of Elements Resort, which we did a bit too late. Good to know for next time though. The restaurant has a nice decoration. Nice music playing and friendly and welcoming staff. Their French manager helped us with choosing the rights wines. A good bottle less than 1000 baht... More

a few days ago we made a reservation at Fai, recommended by the staff of the Conrad we were staying. My wife had scallops and coconut as a starter, I had the scallops and ham. Part of the Elements resort ; this restaurant is very good, with good prices and french style cooking. One of the waitresses speak french as well, which is very good for us. The food is excellent and service good. Wines are not too expensive. Really worth trying, even if you are not staying in Elements.

we stayed in Elements for 3 nights and we had dinner in Fai every night. The food was just superb and the service great and friendly. Its not the cheapest restaurant on Samui, but you get value for your money. The T-bone steak with port sauce, which was one of the specials, was the best we had outside the US.... More
