Ordered hamburger and french fries, took an hour. I think this cafe turns into a Chinese restaurant now and I have not tried yet.
They seemed to have changed concept and management, because they are no longer "international" and they are in the process of renovating. They are now specializing in Chinese food! They were out of a lot of things, including water an coke...they brought us dirty glasses...

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. There is always a piece to make you smile on ever corner :) and food is good, not pricy. And really good place to relax and enjoy your evening.
We've eaten here a few times whilst in Bishkek as its repeatedly been a great restaurant. Its a central location to watch the world go by on Chuy, the food is substantial and tasty, the service is fast and pleasent (smiles!) and the whole experience is great value.
