Mainly a fish restaurant... Open on Friday night. We have eaten here a few times and the food is generally excellent... although my husband did say that his fish was meant to be filletted and it contained many bones. However, my "special" Squid and prawn dish was very good. there was also an excellent selection of puddings!

Nice outdoor setting with a wonderful assortment of starters (excellent bread, small bowls of roasted eggplant, beets, carrots, cauliflower, etc -- all part of the meal). Dolphin Yam (Sea Dolphin) is a really good restaurant just outside Mamila. We had St Peter's fish which was fresh, beautifully cooked and presented and was a lovely change from the hotel buffets of the previous few days. Staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Nice wine too! Will go back...

We had Rouget (red mullet) simply prepared with no sauce and it was excellent. After we ate a white meat local fish with cream sauce and lemon or garlic and butter which was also excellent. Food was fresh and well prepared and the staff was friendly and professional. The food is solid, but nothing spectacular -- you will not be in for a culinary adventure. A bit expensive for what you get, but you will not be displeased with the meal.

Dolphin Yam is an amazing fish restaurant that consitently serves the freshest of fish! I make it a point to dine here often when I am in Jerusalem. My personal favorite is the salmon, but i have never seen anyone of my guests dissatisfied with any menu selection.
